The European Nations Championship will have its 2009 finals next week, taking place at gamescom in Cologne, Germany.
It will be a one day event when the finals kick off on Saturday the 22th of August. Four teams have reached the finals, playing best-of-three maps in a single elimination bracket. Defending champions are Sweden, who last season crowned themselves champions by defeating Germany in the overall final.
